Benidorm – Day Two2

Hey guys,

So following my last little Beni-diary post about what we got up to on the first day of our trip it’s time to fill you guys in on what we got up to on our second day with and Visit Benidorm :)

After getting a fabulous first nights sleep we awoke at around 8am as we had agreed to all meet up in the main reception for about 8.45 ready to start another day of fun! We all went to breakfast at the hotel before hand, we enjoyed fresh coffee and the most amazing buffet breakfast you have ever seen in your life sat by the pool – this was probably one of my favourite parts about the mornings of this trip, such a beautiful way to start the day! We then met with Sergio our Visit Benidorm guide who drove us to the main seafront area in Benidorm for the first activity of the day – JET SKIING!!!! I had wanted to do this for so long and it was literally so much fun! We went out in pairs so myself and Kayleigh paired up and of course I was the driver 😉

After we finishing with the Jet Ski’s it was time for the group to move on to the next activity which was Scuba Diving – this was one thing I actually didn’t take part in during the trip as I actually have a really bad fear of the sea after an incident that happened to me when I was little so I decided to sit this one out and enjoy some sun on the boat and take pictures of the other guys while they did it :) Admittedly it did look amazing and I know all the guys who did do it said it was an amazing experience so for anyone wanting to do this you can book it via the company Diving Stones and it costs around £80 euros – you can book this for yourself using this link:

After a jam packed morning of activities we were all starving so headed off to a beautiful restaurant on the beach front called Son de Mar and as usual we all couldn’t wait to get our hands on an ice cold glass of sangria and some good old Spanish food. The food here was amazing, in fact so had every place Sergio had taken us to eat and since we were all massive foodies this was a huge hit :) the afternoon was then abit of chill time which was so nice as we hadn’t yet had chance to just sit by the pool and take it all in since we had arrived, most of us used this time to get some content for our social media channels as the hotel surroundings were so perfect for pictures (blogger problems haha) and then sat by one of many pools and enjoyed the scorching weather and an Aperol Spritz or two 😉

At around 7.30pm we all met up in the hotel reception to be taken to dinner by Sergio in the main town, we strolled through the vibrant and busy lanes of Benidorm before we arrived at Los Vascos for our evening meal, this was another tapas style restaurant where we got to go up and choose our foods which were then cooked and brought to our table. This was a far more traditional location in my opinion and really made us feel like part of the locals. After dinner we all made our way back to the hotel where we sat outside by the hotel bar for a little while and enjoyed some more drinks in the warm evening heat before heading to bed.

This was a fabulous day and I had so much fun, day 3 was another jam packed day full of exploration and I will be sharing a post on this day with you very soon so keep an eye out on my blog :)

If you guys have any questions on any of the bits I have mentioned about Benidorm so far then please drop me an email or a comment – if its actually booking related however, head over to Jet2Holidays to find out more or Visit Benidorm to see what other fun things you can do on your trip!

Lots of love,
